The analyses we run.

Each one fixes the determinations it makes. Which analysis applies matters more than how many, because a determination outside it is one no amount of the same work will produce — if you are unsure which is yours, ask before sending.

Peptide Analysis

Quantitative chemical analysis of GLP-1 class peptides by RP-HPLC-UV, with mass confirmation. Every certificate reports the same four determinations — identity, observed molecular weight, peptide purity against a ≥98.0% specification, and net quantity against the declared amount — so two reports can be compared line for line.

Every certificate reports

  1. 01Identity against a certified reference standard
  2. 02Observed molecular weight by MS against the theoretical value
  3. 03Purity by RP-HPLC-UV, against a ≥98.0% specification
  4. 04Net quantity per vial against the declared amount
Method
RP-HPLC-UV
Purity specification
≥ 98.0%

What to send

One sealed vial, in its original container, with the batch number legible and the declared amount stated so the quantity result can be assessed against it. Send enough for the analysis and a little over, because each determination consumes material and a repeat needs some left. Keep it cool in transit; a cold pack is preferred and is not required for lyophilised material.

Not sure which analysis applies?

Tell us what your analytical data covers and what the certificate has to state. We will tell you which analysis answers that — and if none of them does, we will say so rather than offer you the closest match.
